The Brief
In the busy town of Woking, you’ll find Code Red – a cybersecurity PR and marketing group known for their unparalleled industry experience, bank of contacts and cutting-edge content for global tech companies. Fast-paced and competitive by nature, it won’t be surprising to hear that their business is constantly evolving.
This consistent acceleration led the team towards a relocation to a larger premises. Code Red, with their forward-thinking qualities, saw this office expansion as the perfect opportunity to redefine their workspace.
Sparking from a vision of a dynamic hub, we helped to facilitate Code Red’s ideas from concept to reality. We talked about the ability of commercial design to act as a tool that encourages collaboration and offers different types of meeting spaces where team members could interact with their international client base. Our task was clear: create an office design that captured their brand values.
Walking the client through several design phases, we showcased floor plans, 3D renders, samples and other collateral to help them visualise the final space before installation.
The Solution
A large proportion of the office fit out embraced the core principles of open-plan working environment, creating a multipurpose and collaborative work space that encourages spontaneous interactions and free-flowing creativity.
We created meeting rooms equipped with the ideal level of acoustic protection required by the Code Red team. which was needed for virtual meetings with their global client base.
Zones of Zen
To create the perfect balance of work spaces, we fed social areas throughout the design that are seen as soon as you step into the office. Zoned by storage solutions, these were tailored to the needs of Code Red’s expanding team.
Lush greenery cascades were added to these social zones to bring a sense of rejuvenation and wellbeing. Finally, focus pods were placed at touchpoints across the office, providing quiet areas for staff as and when needed.
Painting the Office Red
Code Red’s branding is a beacon of creativity – something we LOVE working with. Using their distinct red as our muse, we infused elements of their company branding throughout the office design. From fabrics to wall coverings, even glass manifestations, we emphasised their brand identity through their office interiors to create a space that reflects their ethos.
