The Brief

Osprey Health Consulting, a global marketing consultancy for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, were ready to take their operations up a level – literally. They needed more space to accommodate their growing team and embrace the new ways of working that a wider talent pool brings to the business. Moving to a higher floor within the same building was the perfect opportunity to expand and reimagine their workspace, from the ground up.

At First Glance..

The new office needed to be bigger and smarter.

The plan was to allocate half the space to collaboration and agile working areas, built to inspire the team’s creativity. Our task was to design a multifunctional workplace layout that met their needs, maximising the available office to ensure their investment went the mile.

As the team grew, so did the number of meetings. Part of the brief was to also divide a range of small, flexible meeting rooms where the team could gather, collaborate and innovate. The previous office space also lacked a dedicated breakout area for staff to recharge – something that was essential for employee wellbeing and morale.

From the start, Osprey was an ideal partner. Together, we took a collaborative approach to combine their vision with our design expertise, resulting in the best outcome.

The Solution

Working closely with the team, we transformed their new office into a dynamic and adaptable environment, designed to evolve with them as they grow. Let’s take a look around..

The Collaboration Area

We kept things simple and intentional in the collaboration room, leaving space for the team’s big ideas. Minimal furniture, paired with plenty of wipe boards, created a space where strategies are mapped out, ideas take shape and creativity flows freely.

The Main Office

In the main office, we added large, single sofas with writing tables – a feature we love to create a workshop-style environment. We dropped in acoustic booths for semi-private, informal meetings and phone calls, but these were also used to zone the open-plan office design. Ultimately, these pieces serve multiple purposes, reflecting Osprey’s collaborative culture.

The team had existing furniture that needed to be plotted and reutilised into the new design. Reusing office furniture isn’t always straightforward, but our team ensured every piece found its place, creating a cohesive and intentional environment that felt entirely new.

The Presentation Area

A key feature of the Osprey office fit out was the presentation area, designed to bring people together. The space boasts a large curved sofa that comfortably seats the entire team or smaller groups for presentations, training sessions and discussions. It’s become the heart of the office – an inviting space where great ideas happen.
